What? Restaurant, terraces, bars and saunas next to the sea. Beautiful architecture with traditional Finnish sauna and smoke sauna. Very eco-friendly and you can eat traditional Finnish dishes here. Nice place to hang out on a beautiful day. If you want to go to the sauna, you better book beforehand. A Must visit when in Helsinki.

What? Trendy techno warehouse club. Famous for it`s Sunday party on the patio with DJ`s during the summer. Partying here starts early, so if you want to avoid a long queue, go early.

Club Kaiku
What? Probably the most popular club in Helsinki among young people and hipsters. The Guardian's magazine has listed it (12/2014) as one of the best clubs in Europe.

What? Mix of afternoon chilling on the terrace to open mic nights to gigs and party hardy. Retro living room feeling. Many people also go here before entering Club Kaiku, because they are opposite sides of the same building.

What? Steam punk style themed bar. Very interesting interior and great cocktails. Small sandwiches for free. If you tip the bartender, they blow smoke from the airship.

What? Secret old school drink bar. They don't give you an exact address, so you have to find the right door. Then go inside a hallway and call with an old telephone to get in. No photos allowed. Very secretive.

Ateljee Bar
What? At top of the Torni hotel there is this great small Ateljee bar with the best view over Helsinki. Go there because of the view but be prepared for a lot of people. Climb a short spiral staircase to get there.

Los Cojones
What? Spanish style urban bar. Drinks and good tapas. Bar made of green wine bottles and lots of other cool details. Great especially for an afterwork/ early evening place.
